Lenae has made long lasting vendor relationships with General Contractors, Flooring specialists, Plumbers, Electricians - you name it and she's got a trusted contact to help! At your initial home walkthrough, Lenae will take notes and give you a detailed list of preparations needed. Once approved, Lenae takes care of all the coordinating!

NEGOTIATIONS

Lenae is assertive and effective without being too aggressive and while always maintaining a high level of professionalism. Lenae has strong agent-to-agent relationships which helps greatly throughout the process. Trust and guts is what it's all about! She is relentless with the negotiation process and will do whatever it takes to get her clients the best price and terms.

STAGING

Studies show that staged homes bring in a 10% return on investment and Lenae (and her clients) know it's worth it! To help with costs, she offers a "Lenae Olson Exclusive Discount" with her preferred staging company. Occasionally, homes do not require staging. Instead of a full stage, Lenae can bring in accessories and decor to work with your existing furniture and style.
